Compétences visées

Objectives in terms of skills :

  • This course aims to present the different techniques of cloning, manipulation and analysis of nucleic acid sequences. All of these topics will be treated in an integrated manner to enable students to become familiar with many cloning strategies, and directed mutagenesis
  • Strategies for cloning and modifying DNA sequences - Using different cloning and sequence analysis software
