Description

  • Purification of biomolecules using liquid chromatography (SEC, IEC, HIC, RP, HILIC, IMAC, affinity). Preparative and miniaturized scales.
  • Purification of biomolecules using electrophoresis in denaturating or native conditions. (1D, 2D, off gel).
  • Contribution of mass spectrometry to the characterization of biomolecules: ionization sources and analyzers for biomolecules, interpretation of mass spectra MS and MS/MS of biomolecules, identification of proteins from mass spectrometry data.
  • Shotgun and targeted proteomic strategies.
  • Strategies of relative and absolute quantification of proteins in complex mixtures.
  • Supramolecular mass spectrometry.

Compétences visées

  • Understanding of the different approaches for the characterization and the quantification of biomolecules.
  • Design of a convenient proteomic strategy.
