Corporate finance II
Description
This lecture aims to develop the basics of corporate finance. In this context, the course is based on the concepts studied during the first year of bachelor degree. More specifically, the lecture focuses capital budgeting allowing to introduce cash flows forecasting and investments valuation.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to :

- (level 3) apply corporate financial management tools to practical situations.
- (level 4) dissect the strengths and weaknesses of a company's financial situation through financial diagnostic.

- (level 6) recommend financial orientations in order to improve or fix the concrete financial situation of a company.
