Compétences visées

The main objectives of this course aims are:
- to understand the basics of thermodynamics and kinetics involved in an electrochemical reaction
- to describe electrochemical measurements
- to analyze critically electrochemical measurements
- to know the main practical applications of electrochemistry .

At the end of the course, the student should have basic abilities in understanding electrochemical systems and electrochemical experiments. He should be able to read electrochemical research articles and analyse experimental results.
