Description

This course aims primarily at getting familiar with the key concepts, methods and tools related to predictive project management. More specifically, it introduces basic techniques which should be mastered by any project manager for setting up a project organization, structuring project work, using a project schedule and managing project risks. Moreover, it provides students an overview of agile project management.
