Project management in R&D (English)

Description

The course aims at understanding the main approaches, concepts and specificities of project management in the case of international R&D projects.

Compétences visées

After completing this course the students should:

• Understand project management principles in general and more specifically in the case of R&D, innovation and creativity
• Understand corporate R&D strategy and organisation
• Understand the impact of internationalization on R&D projects and practices.
• Apply the concepts to a specific case of corporate R&D project.
