Description

English ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
Louis de Fournoux

The point of this lecture is to give students an introductory view of the fundamental aspects of British administrative law. It should allow them to become familiar with the institutional framework of public administration in the UK. It also emphasises on the specific norms that apply to public bodies and administrative decisions. It finally tackles the issue of the judicial review of administrative action.

In that view, students will acquire a sharper knowledge of public law in the UK and will be able to tackle administrative law issues in another legal system by acquiring the fundamental concepts of the matter.
