International Economic Law and Policy

Description

International Economic Law and Policy deals mostly with :

- the presentation and functioning of the World Trade Organisation which was created in 1995, but which is currently facing a specific crisis;

- the Dispute Settlement System of the WTO and the analysis of its case law;

- the trade policy of member States of the WTO in the context of the over mentioned crisis.

Compétences visées

Déterminer et gérer les contraintes juridiques pesant sur les Etats ; décrire les institutions internationales en charge de réguler le commerce international ; Identifier et justifier les responsabilité des différents acteurs de la régulation du commerce international  ; expliciter les contraintes dans l’exécution des politiques publiques.
