  • Plant reproduction and seed development
  • Photosynthesis and respiration
  • Lipid metabolism; secondary metabolites (alkaloids, flavonoids, isoprenoids)
  • Growth and development of plants: regulation by light and by phytohormones
  • Applied use of plant systems – basics for plant biotechnology
